What we collect

We collect your email address, health profile information you provide (such as blood group and allergies), and structured health data extracted from documents you upload (such as medicine names, diagnoses, and doctor names).

What we do not collect

We do not store original document files (photos or PDFs) on our servers. Documents are processed by AI to extract health information and are immediately discarded. Original files are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device.

How we use your data

Extracted health data is used solely to provide the Nurascript service to you — displaying your health timeline and enabling AI-powered health history queries. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Your rights under DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and erase all your data. You can exercise the right to erasure at any time from your Profile page using the "Delete my account and all data" option.

Data retention

Your data is retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion, all records, extracted data, embeddings, and profile information are permanently removed within 24 hours.
